You can view each product estimated arrival during the checkout process. You can choose an estimated arrival date from the shipping options provided.

Entering your complete address can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date.

Shipping + Processing:

  • Economy shipping is 3-6 business days, plus an additional 1-3 days for processing.
  • Economy shipping of Personalized products is 3-6 business days, plus 2-4 days for processing.
  • Air shipping is 1-2 business days, plus processing days (not available for PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses).

Choosing Air shipping will not reduce the processing time of your order, but it will accelerate the shipping time. 

Tracking:
After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online and get updates on its current location and expected delivery date. We understand that tracking your package is important, and we strive to provide our customers with all necessary information to ensure a smooth and successful delivery process. Please keep an eye out for the confirmation email and tracking information to stay up-to-date on the status of your order.

Where does Brown Rated ship to?
Brown Rated ships to the United States, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Brown Rated does not support the use of forwarding addresses.

Rural Delivery/APO/FPO/Guam/Puerto Rico/PO Box
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than specified. Items ordered together may ship separately. Express Delivery is not available. There is no delivery on holidays. Brown Rated can provide tracking information to initial point of delivery only. Please contact your local USPS or PO Box location or Military mail station for additional tracking information.

I have a PO Box. What shipping method can I use?
All shipments going to a PO Box will be shipped via UPS Surepost. We cannot expedite to PO Boxes. If you need to receive your order in a shorter timeframe, please change your “Ship To” address to a physical address (non-PO Box) and select one of our expedited shipping options.

What is Brown Rated International shipping policy?
We currently do not ship internationally, but we are working on expanding to other countries soon! Thank you for your patience.
