Return Policy

Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from www.brownrated.com

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for any return costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in their original state... unworn, unwashed, and with all tags (if any). Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchanges
To make an exchange please Click here to start your exchange process, include your original order information and the size you'd like in your e-mail, and we'll take care of the rest! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages or Defective
If something you received is damaged or defective or not up to our usual standards, please contact us via our Contact Us form with a picture of the damaged or defective item. Please include your order number as well and we will gladly look to see what went wrong!

Custom Orders
Sales of custom orders or any other custom items are considered final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
